We use Canada Post to ship our order and we provide tracking info when available (if you choose a shipping method that support tracking number). Please note, that from our experience, tracking info is not updated by USPS once a package enter the US until it's deleivered, this may appear as is the pakage is still at the custom office for a long time when suddently it appear to your door.
When your order get ship, you should receive an email from us saying so, sometimes these email may get catch by your spam filter, if you dont receive emails from us, please look into your spam or junk folder to see if the email haven't been filtered out. You can also log into your account to see the status of your order or you can contact us anytime to get a status.
If for some reason your items arrived damaged in transit, please contact us before returning it to ensure you get a prompt replacement unit.
